Manufacture de Sèvres - Service of Emperor Napoleon III White porcelain dinner plate with gilded decoration of fillets and the numeral N surmounted by a crown, dated 1845 on the back and with the red mark: Château de Trianon. Diameter: 24 cm Note: this plate is a reuse of Louis-Philippe's Service du Bal des Rois at the Château de Trianon. With the advent of Napoleon III, the Louis-Philippe cipher was removed from the plates and replaced by that of Napoleon III.
